Breathwork can release pain and chronic tension and can help create more ease and peace within the body and mind. It can help you take a break from random thinking and stress patterns.

What I love about breathwork is that it’s incredibly intuitive and extremely releasing. Often times our breath will unwind what our thinking brain struggles to let go of. You will feel yourself release, let go and soften – led completely by your own breath.

About Me

Who's Leading This?

I am a certified breathwork facilitator, chiropractor of 28 years, retreat leader, yoga teacher and coach to women.

I had the serendipitous experience of finding myself in a breathwork class. I wasn’t super enthused to be there until I was … because what came of that 45 min session opened my eyes to the potency of my breath.

Since then I’ve deepened my own breathwork practice, became a facilitator of this great work and now offer it to others through a range of offerings.

But there’s one thing I know for certain. I’ve never left a breathwork experience regretting the time I’ve invested. I feel grounded, expansive and mostly, unburdened. With time my ability to breathe more deeply and efficiently has increased.

As a result I find myself utilizing the healing powers of my breath more unconsciously. I am quite literally oxygenating myself more effortlessly. That alone has changed how I move about my world, my emotions, responses and overall sense of self.

All because I showed up for breathwork …

… and then kept showing up.
