This breathwork membership includes LIVE breathwork experiences and many pre-recorded experiences and each one has a different focus and intention. The pace varies. The length shifts. The music is different and the guided meditation is personally curated to amplify the theme of each breathwork.

What’s Included in the Membership?

No prior experience needed.
Just your breath and a willingness to explore.

Each month there will be three 75 minute live, online breathworks. All calls will be recorded and stored in an online portal for you to use – although being there live and in person adds an extremely potent layer to the experience.

To accommodate the most schedules each month, we’ll meet for the longer breathworks for:

🔹 1 evening
🔹 1 weekend

🔹 1 daytime

Your monthly membership also includes 2 express breathwork sessions, that may be live or pre-recorded.

These shorter breathwork experiences will continue to build momentum, without a significant time requirement, and can be repeated as often as you like.

The focus of the express sessions will work on different elements of the breathwork experience.

Each breathwork will come with its own unique journal prompts to help you connect to our theme, amplify your experience and dive deeper into personal growth + self discovery.

Each month will include a bonus session: Think guided meditation, workshop or something else that gets called up in the quantum field.

There is also an online on-demand pre-recorded library where you can learn and practice through instruction, breathwork replays and shorter breathwork sessions that include:

  • Diaphragmatic breathing

Dr. Laura Foster

Laura is a Chiropractor, Breathwork Facilitator, Retreat Leader, Personal Leadership Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Experience Maker with over 28 years of experience helping individuals regulate their nervous systems and step into their fullest potential.

As a Chiropractor in the Costa Rican jungle, Laura specializes in nervous system regulation, using specific and gentle adjustments to attune the body’s tone and vibration. Her work is deeply intuitive and highly attuned, helping individuals return to a state of balance and vitality.

Beyond chiropractic care, Laura leads breathwork experiences, fascia-based movement classes, and international group and 1:1 retreats designed to foster deep healing and transformation. She also offers coaching and mentorship for those ready to live more deeply connected to their truth—where their life, love, health, and business become an expression of their inner alignment.

My Breathwork Story

Why I Created This Membership

Breathwork found me when I needed it most.

In 2021 I was searching for a way to regulate my nervous system when I attended a multi day retreat in the mountains of British Columbia. As part of the integration process, I participated in a guided breathwork session. I didn’t know what to expect, but I simply followed the guidance of the facilitator.

During that first session, I felt various physiologic changes in my body: tingling sensations, transient discomfort, tears, and involuntary movement of one of my legs. It was kind of wild and I wouldn’t have stayed with it except the breathwork guide had let us know that these normal sensations were all a part of deep breathwork experience. I stayed with it.By the end, I felt a profound sense of peace and lightness—unburdened in a way I had never experienced before.

That feeling stuck with me.

One session turned into another, and each time, I felt myself releasing layers of tension and coming back online—more present, more connected, more alive. I wouldn’t say I’ve mastered surrender, but I’ve learned to let go of gripping so tightly to life. Breathwork helped me ease off the banks of the river and begin flowing with it instead.

This practice has profoundly transformed the quality of my thoughts, my body, my relationships, and my life. And I know it can do the same for you.

My intention for this challenge is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore the power of your breath. You don’t have to force a breakthrough—just keep breathing. Even when it feels difficult, even when resistance shows up. Magic happens when you stay with your breath.

This membership is for anyone looking to deepen their connection to their breath, reduce stress, increase energy, and cultivate more presence in their life.

No problem! You already breathe so you can’t make a mistake. This challenge is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Each session is guided, and you’ll receive clear instructions on how to breathe properly and what to expect. Let’s do this!

No special equipment is needed. Just a quiet space, a comfortable seat or lying position, and an open mind. A few things that are helpful and deepen the experience are headphones to hear the cues/music clearly, blankets/pillows for comfort, an eye mask to block the light + bring the experience inward and a ‘do not disturb’ sign for your door [It’s your time to enjoy!]

All live sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience; however, we all know that we have the best of intentions. I would recommend you take a moment to schedule in the live breathwork sessions and put aside time to participate to the best of your ability.

You’ll receive the upcoming dates ahead of time so that you can add them to your calendar. 

Breathwork is generally extremely safe, but if you have any medical conditions (such as severe asthma, cardiovascular issues, or are pregnant), please consult with a healthcare provider before participating. If you’re concerned, reach out to me.

You’re welcome to revisit and practice any of the breathworks stored in your membership portal, but if you were to show up live to each event, you’re looking at 5-6 hours per month.

Breathwork in yoga, often referred to as pranayama, consists of controlled breathing techniques designed to balance energy, calm the mind, and prepare for meditation. These techniques are usually practiced in a structured and gentle way, integrating breath with movement or stillness.

Guided transformational breathwork, on the other hand, is a deeper and more immersive practice. It involves continuous, intentional breathing patterns that can create profound emotional releases, shifts in consciousness, and nervous system regulation. This type of breathwork is often used for healing, emotional processing, and deep personal transformation, allowing participants to access altered states of awareness and release stored tension or trauma.

The majority of the breathwork in this breathwork challenge will be guided, transformational breathwork; however, Laura will have some pre-recorded guidance and teaching of popular pranayama breathing techniques
