INNERLIGHT

Finding harmony within through nature, movement, enquiry and breath.

March 5-8th, 2026

Step further into your Inner Light.

On the shores of Kootenay Lake, surrounded by the magnitude of the mountains and the vastness of the waters, lies an invitation to pause, soften, and return to center.

INNERLIGHT is a 4-day retreat designed to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit through the art of nervous system regulation, embodied movement, and the transformative power of breath.

Together we’ll weave practices that cultivate inner steadiness: guided breathwork journeys, mindful movement to awaken and ground the body, and restorative time in nature to reconnect you with your own rhythms.

Through moments of quiet reflection and intentional self-discovery, you’ll explore what it means to feel deeply anchored and aligned from within.

This retreat is for you if:

Your Accomodations

Whether you come with a longtime soul sister or arrive on your own, you will be deeply welcomed.
Depending on the experience you’re craving, we are pleased to offer both single and double occupancy accommodations. All of the lodging options are extraordinary, and you have your choice of lake-facing, lodge or maloca rooms as they are available.

If you are attending alone (and I celebrate that brave, beautiful decision), I can pair you with an incredible woman to room with. Many of the most profound connections start this way — through a quiet yes and a shared experience that changes you both.

Food & Nourishment

The food is intentionally created with love and a deep understanding of the importance of nourishment for the body and soul.

The retreat begins with dinner on Thursday evening, followed by daily breakfast/lunch/dinner and brunch on Sunday.

Food restrictions can be accommodated – let us know! Dining at The Sentinel is an exceptional culinary experience — infused with care and love.

I freakin’ love the magic of women coming together and in this, part of my gift is creating the space and holding the energy of what wants to come through in those moments.

I believe women have an expanding role in what’s happening in the world right now. We are potent communicators, extraordinary energy weavers, powerful intuits and lovers-with-our-whole-hearts.

I believe our job is to remember exactly who we are and who we have always been as we walk the path to becoming our most liberated, grounded, expansive selves.

I live in the mountain town of Nelson, BC with my husband and dog. In our free time you can find us hiking at alpine, enjoying Oso Negro coffee in their epic cafe or skiing the local slopes. I thrive facilitating transformation in my online breathwork membership, running retreats around the globe, teaching yoga and providing mentorship in my boutique coaching practice.

I, like you, am committed to what matters and so far that’s meant letting go of rather limiting stories and beliefs that no longer have space in my life so that my life reflects what’s in my heart and soul.

If we know each other already — I’m so glad you’re here reading this and considering this retreat experience. If we’ve yet to meet, how amazing you’ve made your way here.

I hope you’ll join us.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I've never done anything like this before?

Expect to be gently guided, deeply supported, and beautifully surprised by what unfolds.

This isn’t a retreat where you need to know the steps ahead of time — it’s a space to soften into the unknown and allow yourself to be led inward. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be held in a warm, welcoming environment that honours your pace, your truth, and your process.

You can expect meaningful conversations, quiet moments, movement that meets you where you are, breathwork that opens new layers of clarity, and a sense of connection — to yourself, nature, and a circle of women walking their own brave paths alongside you.

There’s no right way to do this — just your way.

You are in good company — many women who attend are deeply introspective. This retreat is designed with space to both connect and retreat. You’ll have solo time to walk, rest, journal, read, or simply be. We honour the need for personal space just as much as we value heartfelt connection.

If you’re flying into the retreat, the nearest airport is Castlegar; however, I wouldn’t recommend it at this time of the year as flights are often canceled due to visibility.

The best options would be:

Kelowna International Airport [YLW]
+ Rent a car and take the stunning 5 hour drive from there.

Cranbrook [YXC]
+ Rent a car and take the 3 hour drive.

Spokane Airport [GEG]
Just across the border in the US, this might be the best airport. From there it’s a 4 hour drive to the Sentinel.

Mountain Man Mike’s
Mountain Man Mike’s Bus Service is an affordable and reliable shuttle service, locally-owned and operated out of Kaslo! Serving the West Kootenays and beyond, this is an excellent option for those seeking travel arrangements to The Sentinel without a personal vehicle. Mountain Man Mike’s Bus Service offers various pick-up and drop-off points, including major cities such as Vancouver and Calgary.

  • Calgary, a 10-hour drive

  • Vancouver, a 9-hour drive

  • Kelowna, a 5-hour drive

  • Cranbrook, a 3-hour drive

Please let us know upon booking – we are able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and most food sensitivities.

If you are a single registrant – awesome! I have found that over 50% of the individuals who sign up for our retreats are coming alone so do not worry if this is something you’ve never done before. We may arrive solo, but we will move throughout the week as a mini-tribe of beautiful souls. Many of the women you meet during this weekend will likely become life-long friends.

To be completely wowed and leave feeling like you’ve given yourself the biggest gift ever. That’s a bold statement – I know, but after hosting many retreats in various settings I am accustomed to the magic that happens in a retreat.

Retreats are inherently different than vacations. On the surface it may look a lot like an all-inclusive style vacation, but once you arrive you’ll start to settle into the glorious routine of taking space and time to unroll your yoga mat, breathe deep, expand outwards and enjoy the process that unfolds. The workshops and classes are like icing on a soulful adventure.

Bring your open heart and sense of fun and you’ll be sure to have an incredible time (and if you feel inspired to truly unplug – be prepared to set down your technology while you are here).

Retreats are non-refundable unless the retreat does not run. If you decide you do not want to attend and we are able to find a participant to fill your space we will refund all monies less a $50 administration fee.
