4 Days at Lake Muskoka, For the Woman Who’s Honouring Her Timing, Her Truth, Her Turn
October 23-26, 2025
This chapter isn’t about doing more — it’s about being more of who you already are.
There comes a moment when you no longer want to push, prove, or perform — when you feel the quiet invitation to come back to yourself.
Not to fix or change… but to listen. To soften. To root deeper into who you already are.
To honour your timing, your truth, your turn.
Her Season is a soul-rich, nature-held retreat for the woman who is ready to walk herself home — into clarity, alignment, and the kind of inner power that doesn’t shout to be heard.
Set in the golden beauty of Muskoka’s late October, this 3-night, 4-day retreat is an intimate, deeply guided experience of self-mastery, personal expansion, and connection — to self, to purpose, and to the sacred rhythm of your own becoming.
Reconnect with your inner wisdom, breath, and body
Uncover the unconscious patterns that have been holding you back
Align more deeply with your voice, your work, your way
Root into the season you’re in — and feel peace in its pace
Whether you’re stepping into your next chapter, shifting in your career, reimagining how you lead, or simply craving reconnection with yourself — this space was made for you.
Each day unfolds with intention and soul: yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, nature walks, fireside journaling, nourishing meals, honest conversation, and the kind of silence that feels like medicine.
You don’t need to earn your rest.
You just need to remember your rhythm.
This is Her Season — and it’s yours, too.
Whether you come with a longtime soul sister or arrive on your own, you will be deeply welcomed.
Most of the women who join Her Season come solo — answering a call that’s entirely their own — and leave with 9 new lifelong sisters. There’s something extraordinary that happens when women gather with openness, intention, and heart. Walls come down. Truths are spoken. Laughter flows. And bonds form in the most unexpected, soul-affirming ways.
If you are attending alone (and we celebrate that brave, beautiful decision), we can pair you with an incredible woman to room with. Many of the most profound connections start this way — through a quiet yes and a shared experience that changes you both.
Lora Georgiou is joining us as our on-site caterer extraordinaire. She has designed a deluxe menu that can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian needs. Lora is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and gourmet cook with a love for spoiling her guests with delicious, farm-to-table and artisan foods.
Includes Thursday dinner, Friday and Saturday breakfast/lunch/dinner and Sunday brunch. Snacks/tea/coffee included. We are able to accommodate most dietary needs. Please discuss this with us upon booking this retreat.

I freakin’ love the magic of women coming together and in this, part of my gift is creating the space and holding the energy of what wants to come through in those moments.
I believe women have an expanding role in what’s happening in the world right now. We are potent communicators, extraordinary energy weavers, powerful intuits and lovers-with-our-whole-hearts.
We matter. A lot.
And our job is to remember exactly who we are and who we have always been as we walk the path to becoming our most liberated, grounded, expansive selves.
I live in Uvita, Costa Rica with my husband, pocket dog and massive Rottweiler. We grow a zillion kinds of fruit – most of which I don’t recognize. I make a damn good cup of craft coffee in enviable mugs. I have a boutique Chiro practice, run retreats around the globe, privately coach a small group of fabulous women, teach yoga and facilitate breath work.
I, like you, am committed to what matters and so far that’s meant letting go of rather limiting stories and beliefs that no longer have space in my life so that my life reflects what’s in my heart and soul.
If we know each other already — I’m so glad you’re here reading this and considering this retreat experience. If we’ve yet to meet, how amazing you’ve made your way here.
I hope you’ll join us.
Expect to be gently guided, deeply supported, and beautifully surprised by what unfolds.
This isn’t a retreat where you need to know the steps ahead of time — it’s a space to soften into the unknown and allow yourself to be led inward. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be held in a warm, welcoming environment that honours your pace, your truth, and your process.
You can expect meaningful conversations, quiet moments, movement that meets you where you are, breathwork that opens new layers of clarity, and a sense of connection — to yourself, nature, and a circle of women walking their own brave paths alongside you.
There’s no right way to do this — just your way.
You are in good company — many women who attend are deeply introspective. This retreat is designed with space to both connect and retreat. You’ll have solo time to walk, rest, journal, read, or simply be. We honour the need for personal space just as much as we value heartfelt connection.
If you’re flying in for the retreat near Gravenhurst, Ontario, the most convenient major airport is Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), located approximately 160 kilometers (about 100 miles) south of Gravenhurst. This airport offers a wide range of international and domestic flights, making it the primary choice for travelers.
Alternatively, Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is another option, situated around 180 kilometers (about 112 miles) south of Gravenhurst. While it primarily serves regional flights, it could be suitable depending on your departure location.
For those considering regional options, Muskoka Airport (YQA) is located directly in Gravenhurst. However, commercial flight availability is limited, so it’s advisable to check for any scheduled services that might align with your travel plans.
Upon arrival at either Toronto airport, you can rent a car or arrange ground transportation or carpool for the approximately 2-hour drive to Gravenhurst.
The retreat space is located at 1023 Old Portage Rd, Gravenhurst, ON P1P 1R1.
Although transportation to and from the retreat space isn’t included, we will be opening a private Whatsapp chat group 4 weeks before the retreat and you’ll be able to connect with other women to carpool.
Please let us know upon booking – we are able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and most food sensitivities.
If you are a single registrant – awesome! We have found that over 50% of the individuals who sign up for our retreats are coming alone so do not worry if this is something you’ve never done before. We may arrive solo, but we will move throughout the week as a mini-tribe of beautiful souls. Many of the people you meet during this weekend will likely become life-long friends.
To be completely wowed and leave feeling like you’ve given yourself the biggest gift ever. That’s a bold statement – we know, but after hosting many retreats in various settings we are accustomed to the magic that happens in a retreat.
Retreats are inherently different than vacations. On the surface it may look a lot like an all-inclusive style vacation, but once you arrive you’ll start to settle into the glorious routine of taking space and time to unroll your yoga mat, breathe deep, expand outwards and enjoy the process that unfolds. The workshops and classes are like icing on a soulful adventure.
Bring your open heart and sense of fun and you’ll be sure to have an incredible time (and if you feel inspired to truly unplug – be prepared to set down your technology while you are here).
Retreats are non-refundable unless the retreat does not run. If you decide you do not want to attend and we are able to find a participant to fill your space we will refund all monies less a $50 administration fee.
