Please read and check that you understand the following:

1. The deposit is nonrefundable and your spot is only reserved once this deposit has been received.
2. For sales made before December 31, 2023: After your deposit, the remaining balance will be split into 3 with payments due January 15th, March 15th and May 15th, 2024. For sales made after December 31, 2023: After your deposit, the remaining balance will be split into 3 with payments due February 15th, April 15th and June 15th, 2024.
3. Any credit card purchases have a 2.5% fee. E-transfers have no additional fee.
5. We recommend you purchase medical and trip travel insurance if you are travelling from another country.
7. All monies paid are nonrefundable unless you are able to find a suitable replacement for your spot (or we are). A $150 admin fee will be charged.
8. Please acknowledge that you indemnify Laura Foster and Shirlee Williams from any costs, losses or damages directly or indirectly caused by your actions during this retreat.
9. All prices are in CAD. HST will be added to the price.
10. Bloom is a drug and alcohol free centre. Smoking is permitted outside away from any buildings.
11. You are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the retreat centre.
